We accept major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Please do NOT send your credit card information via email.
Order Processing Time
Jewelry By BDK keeps most items in stock, some items are made-to-order; please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be made plus additional shipping/transit time of 2-7 days depending on your distance from Southern California.
Most orders are packaged in self sealed plastic bags where larger items (necklace sets or chunky bracelets) are packaged in small gift boxes and shipped via USPS. Shipping is free for orders over $50 within the US.
If you don't see an item in our collection on this website, please let us know. Whether you would like an item in a different color, length, prefer different beads, or want us to create an entirely new design, JBBDK's creative designer would enjoy making you a custom item. We enjoy creating beautiful custom one-of-a-kind pieces.
If for some reason you are not happy with your Jewelry By BDK Boho jewelry, please contact us and let us know why. Refunds and exchanges are available for non-custom work only if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your items, and we receive the items back within 30 days of your order. All pieces must be in NEW /SAME condition as when it was sent to you. Custom work is generally non refundable.
The following terms and conditions apply to returns & exchanges:
EARRINGS - Subject to a $8 restocking fee to account for sanitization processing. (Basic restock fee is $8; it is higher if you've upgraded the earwire or beads)
PENDANTS, BRACELETS, NECKLACES - Can ONLY be returned/exchanged if the JBBDK label has not been removed and the piece is in new condition. I do not accept returns that have been worn or that carry any scent (perfume, cigarette, etc).
Refunds and exchanges for non-defective merchandise is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. Please see below for how to return your item.
To return items for a refund/credit or exchange, please send a message first to receive return authorization and a shipping address. Depending on the reason for the return, buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Carefully package the items (after approval if applicable) and send to:
the address provided to you.
Enclose a copy of your receipt, and please include a contact number or email address so we can reach you if needed.
